How much do you charge for a tattoo?

I charge an hourly rate of $180/hr. This hourly rate is only when my machine is running and I am actively tattooing you. I don’t charge for set up / breakdown, breaks, stenciling, etc.
That being said - so much can affect the cost of the tattoo on the day of (placement, how much water you’ve had, have you eaten, swelling, etc). Whenever I give a quote I always try to over estimate, but I often give a range of time!
Do you prefer cash or card?

Cash is always preferred but I can always take venmo or cashapp in a pinch!
How do deposits work?

Deposits are non-refundable fees that I charge to hold your appointment slot. The deposit always goes towards the cost of your tattoo and comes off on the final session. My deposits essentially act as a drawing fee, and thus range in cost depending on the size of the project (smaller work is a $50 deposit while large projects can range from $150-$300)
Cases where your deposit will be forfieted would be if you no call / no show your appointment with me or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. I ask that you give me enough time to fill the slot (72 hour notice is preferred) but I also understand if you’re sick and can’t come in. We have multiple people on our team with autoimmune deficiencies and ask that you please reschedule if you are sick (and I will always do the same for you!)
